Photo by StreetshooterFirst and foremost, thank you Lynn, and thanks to your mom, for allowing us to be a part of the celebration of the life and service of your father. It was a beautiful morning for such a celebration, and the ride out to North Wales left us all in good spirits, quietly grateful for the freedom that we have to ride in crisp morning air – just one of the freedoms that your dad volunteered to give service to defend.

We had 22 riders. Kel had already done all the leg work the day before – notifying the FH, church, and the local constabulary of our participation. All was smooth. Our presence was a strong statement, but that statement was nonetheless subdued and in the background. We stood our flag lines, we mounted up for the final ride, and we paid our respects graveside, after which we departed quietly.

This is how it should be done, this is how it was done. You all have every right to feel very good about what you have accomplished for that family – their gratitude is all you need to see to know how important it was.

Thanks you, well done. Lynn, may God now grant you some peace and comfort.

WE THANK OUR VETERANS FOR THEIR LIVES AND FOR THEIR SERVICE. WE WILL NEVER FORGET THEM!
