“Wrench” and “Whistler’ left for First Data at 0900 hrs.

?We were then joined by Mike “Steelman” Engstrom ?and set up the fallen soldier memorial in the lobby
we stood “the line ” till 1115 hrs and greeted many of the guests, among them was Gold star parents Beth and Itzhak Agami, whose son Daniel, was killed in Iraq in 2007.we had brought him home to lay at rest in Beth Israel Cemetery.
also present was the Gold Star mother of Capt. Schneider of Stuart Fl. whom we also brought home to rest at his return.
Esther Wolfer, mother of Maj. Adam Wolfer who also gave all, was also present, along with the Coral Springs PD Honor Guard and many First Data employees.

We were welcomed by Mary Blodgett, Coordinator of the event and First Data’s National coordinator of military and veterans employment. “Whistler” presented her with a Warriors Watch pendant necklace in appreciation of her assistance in offering employment to our military,veterans and families.
At 1115 the ceremony was to begin, we secured our flags and the fallen soldier memorial and proceeded in to enjoy the ceremony.
The hall was surrounded by photos and biographical info of each of the 310 Florida military that were KIA since 9/11/2001.
Mary Blodgett opened the ceremony. The three Gold Star mothers present, were invited to place roses in loving memory on each of the pictures of their fallen warriors; Spc. Agami, Capt. Schneider, Maj. Adam Wolfer.
The commissioner of Coral springs then gave a short dissertation followed by the First Data director of security.
Mr. Peter Caspari of ESGR, Employer Support of Guard and Reserve, a long time friend, presented First Data  with a DOD Seven Seals Award for their efforts in employing military and their families,
First Data has committed that their employment of military and their families will be at least 20% of their total employment for the ensuing year, HOOOAH!!
The ceremony was then closed, we said our goodbyes and thanks to all and proceeded on our way home.
