Ride Report posted for Rae McLaughlin
Mission Complete!!
Cpl Joel Hummer, along with his brother Jared Hummer, then 2 additional Sailors, and 2 additional Marines were proudly welcomed home at the airport.
We as a group started rally locations at 7:30pm, then 8:30pm and then again at 9:30pm we had 46 bikes and 6 cages attend, with standing room only at the airport. The airport police were very helpful and also there to support as the “Blue Knights”. Â Cpl Hummer’s entire family were there for his welcome home and we escorted him right to his front door.
I would like to thank the Warrior Watch Riders, Soldiers’ Angels, The Lehigh Valley Harley Owners Group, The 2nd Brigade, The Red Knights, and any other group that I may have missed.
These soldiers know they are appreciated and we thank WWR for giving
us this honor!
Respectfully submitted,

Thank you all so much for what you all did for my brothers and what you continue to do all across the country. You all amaze me, and I thank you all for making my brother’s recent trip home a memorable one. You’re all heaven sent, the absolute best. Thank you all 🙂
Hello Ray and all,
My daughter, Elizabeth came home from school today and told me she had visited your web site and found our story there. We immediately got on for me to read and I must say it allowed me to relive the entire experience once again.
All I can say is thanks so much for all that you and your groups did for our family that night. It was totally amazing and the family was so excited for Joel to come home first and to be honored so uniquely as he entered the landing place at the airport.
It was the best way possible our family could express our complete pride for our heroes’ sacrifice and committment to our nation’s safety. It was truly an honor to meet each of those who made the time to come and show their appreciation!I will never forget our time spent together! If you are ever in the area and have a minute, stop in to say hi, I would love to see any or all of you! May your blessings be multiplied as you continue your services. Fondly, Katie Hummer (the Army MOM)
