Ride Report for Ride Captain Bob Cornelius

The family of Bill Jordon could not express enough praise for the Honor, Respect, and Professionalism displayed by local WWR members supporting the service and interment for Mr. Bill Jordon.  WWR participation as “Honor Guard” encompassing bell tolling, cannon firing, Taps, and flag folding with presentation were also greatly appreciated. The collective efforts of all members resulted in an “Honor Well Done” for Ira (Bill) Jordan, SSGT. Retired, USAF. The family, and those in attendance all commented that Bill would have been proud.

Personal note: This was my first experience as a Ride Captain and I am so Blessed to belong to an organization with members of such high caliber. The honor and respect WWR members showed Bill Jordan, his family and friends……..words fail me to explain other than I would be honored to stand in a flag line with WWR members in the future. A personal thanks to each and every member of the WWR organization for what you do.
