As we prepared for our mission,  WWR member, Michael Duffy arrived from Philly towing two large coolers filled with ice & bottled water to keep us all hydrated on such a hot day!

We then gathered for the Ride Brief. We were paying a surprise visit to USN Petty Officer First Class Sandy Smith. Not only is she a veteran buy a breast cancer survivor, as well.

We proceeded down the pike to the Somerdale Bar; where we found our hero, whereupon we commenced to implement our classic “Mug & Hug” maneuver!

We gave our HERO a very special plaque & a WWR coin.  Welcome home USN PO1 Sandy Smith!  You are a soldier in more ways than one & fought many battles & won!
