Ride Report for Ride Captain Chaz

On Sunday morning November 11, 2012 Warriors Watch Riders honored veterans at Faith Baptist Church of Sellersville. It was a great way to spend Veterans Day.

We had approximately 30 plus bikes and some cages rallying at Berean Bookstore in Souderton. Our bus of Veterans arrived approximately10:45 a.m. to a WWR flag line and the Perkasie Police ready to escort us. Hilltown police picked up the escort a few miles from our destination at Faith Church. After arriving at the Church, WWR formed a flag line inside the church for our veterans to walk through, which included vets from WWII to the present. Pastor Paul opened the service, that consisted of some history, and a day of honor and appreciation for our service men and women and through our nation’s history. WWR coined each vet and A Hero’s Welcome Presented each one with a certificate. Our own, Wayne Lutz, gave some inspiring words about WWR’s mission. Pastor Paul finished the service out with a short message about freedom and honor for our serviceman and women.

It was a very inspiring day for sure!

A big thank you to all of our WWR people that came out to support this special day, to the Hilltown and Perkasie Police Departments, the congregation of Faith Baptist Church for their support and last but not least, our veterans!!!
