Ride Report posted for Tin Teach

Warriors Watch Riders gathered at Becky’s Drive Inn in Lehigh Township to welcome home SSgt. Eric Lindner, whom has been away from his family for 3 ½ out of the last 4 years serving in the Air Force as a crew chief for F16’s, having served in Iraq as well as serving in Korea.

Rain was threatening but held off while we joined together with other military support groups to form a flag line and salute as our hero and his family made their way into Becky’s. We departed after he was coined with full LEO support as well as several vehicles from Lehigh Township Fire Co. joining in our celebratory parade through Walnutport, Slatington, on to our stop at Neffs.

Along the way, we were joined by several spectators along the route giving the “thumbs up” as well as a beautiful display by Slatington’s ladder trucks suspending the flag over Main Street.

Our ride wrapped up at the church in Neffs where their fire company also had a ladder truck suspending a flag to welcome Eric home in style.

Thank you to Eric and his family for the sacrifices made for our freedom. We thank Eric’s father in law (WWR member) Robert Wrenn for inviting us in welcoming Eric home. Many thanks go out, as well, to all that came out and show support for this fine man.

Thank you for your service Ssgt. Eric Lindner!
