Ride Report posted for Tamale
Another beautiful Pennsylvania weekend to welcome home a hero!  Over 35 bikes and 5 cars participated in escorting our hero, Lcpl Mike Molina from his home to a picnic held in his honor.  Thanks also to the 2nd Brigade mc for joining our escort. We had excellent support from the Franconia Police Dept and the Souderton Fire Dept as we made our way from the rally point to our final destination.  As we arrived to surpise Mike with our horns blaring and pipes rumbling he dropped his orange juice and came out with a big (what the) look on his face!
We gave Mike and his family a mug-n-hug, loaded them in their cars and then escorted them to the picnic area where our friends, A Heroes Welcome and the rest of Mike’s family waited.  The local LEO hit the sirens and we were off in WWR style!  We made our coin presentation and AHW made their certificate presentation.  Mike’s father, Dave then brought the house down with a tear rendering tribute to his son.  We were all so touched by Dave’s tribute that we didn’t even think to take a group photo.  It was wonderful!
Mike was very impressed by our efforts and mentioned he would join us on missions after his military service is complete.  Thanks to everyone for a Heroes Welcome well done!
Respectfully Submitted,
