We were honored to welcome home CPL Michael Guardino for a second time, from his second tour of duty.  This time it was from Afghanistan.  Michael gave us positive feedback on accomplishments that were happening there.

He was greeted at the oasis by a flagline and many well wishers.  The weather was nice and drew about 30 bikes and 6 cages.  We were escorted to a party being held in his honor by the Elk Grove Village Motorcycle Police.  When we reached our destination, we were all in awe over the large flag that was flying from the Elk Grove Village Fire Department ladder truck.  It was a sight that brought tears to many eyes.

We presented our hero with honor beads and coin, had him sign the banner and took many pictures.  We wished him well, and left him to spend time with family and friends.
