Chris Miller is the founder of Pleasanton Militay Families,a support group that is based in Pleasanton Ca. PMF ( for short ) As well as be a Vietnam Veteran, chris and the PMF team ( Pat & Sherry) and many more give tremendous support to the military families in the area.As well as outside their community. This was a hard mission to keep a secret.Since chris is very resourceful. We staged at the local gas station almost 20 bikes and 4 cages. We were to pick up Chris at his house and take him to a welcome Home & Bar-b-Que.Chris is like family to most of us,so this
mission was a little more personal for alot of us.Well we headed to his house, just down the street we held short, sent sherry up to bring him outside. We waited approx 5 mins and did a slow rol up to his place. Now he kinda knew about the Bar-B-Que but not about us.Chris has done so many Welcome Homes with us,when he saw us coming he knew then he was in for it.The look on his face, priceless!! We shut down dismounted, and Mugged & hugged him.We then headed over to the other home of one of our and his friends ( susan).Where we were met by dozens of his and our friends. The
coins were given and the speeches were great.A long overdue welcome Home and well deserved Thank you.Chri has stepped down as chairman and turned over PMF to Pat. The Bar-b-Que was great and and family setting it was. Because the whole group is the group that does all the welcome Homes for our troops. Thanks Chris.
