The family of WWII US Army John Stone has requested an escort for John to his final resting place at the Northern NJ Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Sparta.
John served honorably in the US Army during World War II with the rank of PFC.
He fought in Normandy, The Battle of the Bulge, and many other campaigns in the
European Theatre of Operations. He was awarded the Bronze Star for his
courageous and meritorious service to our country. He was also awarded the
EAME Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal.
