Harry Offenbacker, Jr., 94, of Williamstown, NJ, went home to be with the Lord on May 12, 2023.

Harry was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He served as a Master Sergeant in the US Army during the Korean War and was stationed in Germany. He owned and operated a sprinkler business for many years, working well into his 80s. In addition, he concurrently worked for AP Construction for 20 years. A great provider, husband, father, and grandfather, Harry was a man’s man in every sense of the word. He and his wife, "Lori", raised six children together and built a wonderful life. He could often be found outside mowing the lawn and gardening. In his younger years, he enjoyed taking cruises with his wife and spending time with his family.

Beloved husband of 73 years to Dolores Offenbacker (nee Wallace). Devoted father of Harry “Sarge” Offenbacker, III (Amy), Garry “Buz” Offenbacker (Karen), Lorrie Offenbacker, Bill Offenbacker, Susan Torres (Darin Baratti), and Linda Petrongolo (Amedeo). Adored Pop of Harry Christopher Offenbacker (the late Marissa), Ryan Offenbacker (Rebekah), Paris Offenbacker, Jessica Jackson (Randy), Nathan Offenbacker, Jordan Evans (Alexis), Jarrod Evans (Victoria), Joshua Evans, Taylor Brennan (Tom), Eli Offenbacker, Courtney Offenbacker, Brittany Offenbacker, Kaylee Offenbacker, Tommy Torres (Ashley), Travis Torres (Amanda), David Petrongolo (Erica Alessandro), Gabriella Petrongolo, and Amedeo Petrongolo, Jr. Treasured great grandfather Andrew, Jameson, Lucas, Kennedy, Jackson, Grace, Silas, Colten, Austin, and Talia. Dear brother of the late Daniel Offenbacker (the late Agnes) and the late Catherine “Cass” McFaull (the late Albert). Harry is also survived by his in-laws Tom Torres, Sr. and Susie Smith.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Wednesday, May 17th from 10:00 – 11:30 AM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a service will be held at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow in the Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
