SEPA 9/9 H/M WWR Member Jim "Duff" Duffy

James A. Duffy 64, of Telford, PA, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 27, 2022.

Born in Philadelphia PA., he was a son of the late John J. and Marie T. (Deegan). He graduated from Father Judge HS and recently attained his Associates degree in Human Services and was a Certified Recovery Specialist. A U.S. Navy veteran, he proudly served his country as a submariner during the Cold War. Jim was employed as a food and beverage director for Aramark Corp for 18 years. He attended St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, Sellersville PA. He loved spending time outside on his motorcycle. He loved helping others and was a volunteer of Pro-Act. Jim also volunteered through the Montgomery County Court system veteran’s court as an advisor and mentor. However, his greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with his family, who he adored.

Jim is survived by his loving wife of almost 40 years Patricia. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son, Andrew Duffy of Telford, and daughters, Brianna Schwartz, and her husband James, of Jenkintown, Katie Duffy, of Lansdale. 4 grandchildren, Leona, Aidan, Abigail, and Carter. James is also survived by Sisters, Kathy Morrison, and husband Joseph of Palmyra NJ. Bernadette Brennan of Philadelphia. James is also survived by a son, James Sherlock of NJ. As well as a plethora of nieces, nephews, in laws and outlaws. He was preceded in death by his son Michael and brothers, William, John and Patrick, and a sister Margaret Alters.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday September 9th at 11:00 AM at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, 445 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA. 18960. Interment with military honors will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Rd., Newtown, PA 18940.

Rally Point: 445 North Main Street, Sellersville, PA
Rally Time: 9:30 am Flag Line in Place at 9:45 am
WCNC rally: 2:00pm
Escort following Mass. Services start at 2:30pm at WCNC.

Friends and family are also invited on Thursday, September 8th from 6-9pm at Sadler-Suess Funeral Home, 33 N Main St, Telford, PA 18969.
