Hello Everyone,
Good Afternoon, My name is Nicole Oshman and I first would like to thank all of you for all of your hard work and dedication to The US armed forces. Thank you for everything that you all do for each and every one of us.
I would like to request a Military Escort and or a small ceremony to be presented to my Fiancee Sargent Robert Erick (Erick) as he will be taking a family leave from his current deployment to come home to spend some time with me. I would like to share some information with you about Erick if I may..

What is the job or service performed: Erick works with the Special Forces Division on the Tactile Operation Unit and also serves with Peace Keeping Missions Unit of The United Nations.

Awards: Left hand shooter award, Best Tactical Operator
Returning from: Deployment Zone Damascus, Syria
Length of Deployment: August 18, 2020 to current 2021.
Back ground History: Erick is originally from Germany. He is an only child. He lost his parents at the age of 15 due to a fatal car accident. He was then taken care of by his beloved Uncle whom took him in and cared for him and educated him about the Military. Erick's Uncle was a former Priest in the US Military. Erick does have two children (son and daughter) who still reside with extended family in Germany while he has been deployed.
In addition to being a German native, Erick has also lived in Texas and New York previously.
This will be his first time in New Jersey.
Erick has studied Criminology and Information Systems at the University of Austin, TX and also West Point United States Military Academy of West Point, NY
Hobbies: Erick has many interests. He enjoys listening to music, video gaming, gun shutter training, nutrition, athletics, surfing the web, computers, Religious Faith and Friends.
Recent Events: Erick is considered to currently be known as one of many " Wounded Warriors". He recently suffered multiple serious injuries that were caused by large EMF bombings that had exploded closely to his location at that time where he was working. The bombings had occurred on this past October 22, 2021 in the city of Damascus, Syria.
Erick had suffered serious chemical inhalation burns from the toxic chemicals of the EMF bombs, several serious bodily skin wounds also from the poisionous chemicals that he had encountered. He suffered a gun shot wound to the left abdominal area that had caused serious medical complications for his internal organs, he had great loss of blood as well as internal bleeding and wounds to his legs from the great explosions.
Thankfully Erick had received immediate medical attention, treatments, medication, blood packs and even emergency surgery to help sustain his valuable life. I am very very grateful to all of the Military Medical Staff for their care and dedication. I am also very grateful that he will be coming home to me very soon where he can finally rest and heal properly.
These most recent catastrophic and devastating situations that have occurred in Syria most currently have caused a set back for Erick as he is a very independent person who does not like to ask anyone for help. He is use to being a "Fighter" One thing that is for sure, in spite of everything that he has encountered during his most recent deployment, he never did surrender and quit the fight. Hence, My Erick is a true Warrior.
