Saturday 28th Paratrooper with tours in Afghanistan and recently honorably discharged after 4 years of full active duty service. He was stationed at Ft. Bragg, He went into the Army at the age of 18 and completed four years. He had dealt with very difficult things including two Army friends being killed in Afghanistan. He was honorably discharged about a month ago with no welcome home at all. A family welcome home dinner is planned for August 28th. Rally Point: Checkers, 8001 Roosevelt Boulevard (at Rhawn) Rally Time: 11:30 am KSU: 11:50 RC: Fish Short ride to public park area for our famous WWR M&H Expecting 1st responders presence. I NEED A COUPLE CAGES TO BE AT DESTINATION TO SET UP FLAGLINE….if you need a flag let me know… Please text me if you can confirm flag line duty. |

Great job Fish! We are so glad we could help honor such a respectful young man who've been through so much! Was nice to see the neighborhood turnout. After the presentations and some chatting and interviewing, Brandon crossed the street to the fire engines in order to thank the men for coming. He returned to the group and, after more interviewing, walked down to the intersection to thank and chat with the Philadelphia Police who were there protecting us. Brandon unselfishly took that time out from being honored to show appreciation for other. Brandon deserves all the best!!! |
