We have been asked to stand a Flag line at the funeral Services and escort to cemetery for retired Philadelphia Police Lieutenant David J. Byrne Sr. After graduating High School, Mr. Byrne entered the US Air Force Reserves. He proudly served his country from 1969 to 1975. In 1978, he started a career with the Philadelphia Police Department and retired at the rank of Lieutenant after serving the city proudly for 36 years.

Rally Time: 8:45 am (Flag Line will be in place by 9:00AM)
