RALLY: Kohl’s 5851 Route 42 Turnersville
RALLY TIME:1150
KSU: 1225

Evan John Bittmann
22 years old
US Marine Corps
Second Lieutenant

Our Hero Grew up in Washington Twp
Eric, father, former Marine, currently a police officer with the Township of Hamilton, Mays Landing, NJ; mother, Stacey; sister, Emma; brother, Christian.
Washington Twp High School 2017
Drexel University/UPenn NROTC 2021
Following Evan’s junior year of college, he underwent a grueling 10-week training course and successfully graduated in Aug 2020 from the USMC Officer Candidates School, Quantico, VA.
On Match 27, 2021 he was officially commissioned in a private ceremony on the Battleship New Jersey as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps.

He will be graduating college this May from Drexel University. He won a full scholarship to attend.
Evan will be leaving for Quantico, VA, once again on June 7 for six months of officer training school, followed by another four to six months of specialty training in artillery in Oklahoma. After all of that he will then be stationed somewhere TBD to serve our great country.
Evan has overcome many personal and social obstacles that began in early childhood and continued throughout elementary and middle school. Most kids would have been broken after his experiences. He joined ROTC in high school and has never looked back, always looking up to his father, former Marine, who is a hero in Evan’s eyes. Currently Evan is involved in a GoFundMe campaign and several fundraisers for a close family friend who was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, including a 12-hour weightlifting marathon in Nov 2020. He most recently won a powerlifting competition in Jan 2021.
