Completed Air Assault school in 2010 at Camp Edwards Massachusetts.
Deployed to Afghanistan for 1 year
Served 45 days of state active duty in response to Hurricane Sandy in 2012 and received the Humanitarian Service medal. Attended Basic Leadership course in Nov 2019. Deployed to Guantanamo Bay Cuba for 1 year. Recipient of 2 Army Commendation Medals, 7 Army Achievement medals, Global War on Terroism Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Medal w/ 2 bronze stars, Armed Forces reserve medal with Bronze hourglass and mobilization device, NATO forces medal, Overseas Service Ribbon x 2, National Defense Service medal and the Non Commissioned Officer Professional Development medal.
