All Chapters 5/21 MSAWI Support Day

Warriors' Watch has again been asked to take part in helping the Major Stuart Adam Wolfer Institute in New York City.

This simple Day of Service starts with a Bucks County Rally Point heading to meet WWR NNJ. From there, it's a police escort through the tunnels and into NYC. After assisting MSAWI, we are free to head home by any route you choose.

Bucks Co. Rally Point: Wawa, 5900 Bristol Pike, Bristol, PA 19007
Rally Time: 9:00 am
KSU to meet WWR NNJ: 9:30 am

NNJ Rally Point: NJ Turnpike's Vince Lombardi Rest Area
Rally Time: 11:00 am
KSU: 11:30 am


Final Destination: 550 W 110th St., NYC

It was wonderful to see faces/people we'd not seen in too long! Fish led is up to the rest area and Hot Wheels was watching out for me. Rick made arrangements with LEO - we had six (6) Troopers who stopped traffic on 95 for us to have clear sailing; Port Authority took over and also gave us a clear ride.

There are always other volunteers from family, friends, the Synagogue, etc. The Wolfer family provided lots of pizza and beverages. Bags were packed with toiletries, puzzle book, oatmeal, candy, socks, encouraging notes, etc. There will be [b]1,200[/b] servicemen/women receiving a care package.

We're already planning for next year!
