Hello Spike: Thank you for helping to coordinate the various organizations that attended and participated in Kristopher’s welcome home from MCRD. The party was very special. It is wonderful to see that so many are supporting Kris and our family, while he is serving in the Marine Corps. I am very proud of him. It was heartwarming to meet you. I really appreciate it that you and your group went to SFO with my nephew, Robert, to greet Kris when he arrived home. And for escorting him to his Dad’s home in Walnut Creek that night. Then again escorting him on Sunday to the party… Kris was rather impressed. Kris is a bit nervous to ask Robert to drive him anywhere….. Hee Hee… I was also glad to meet Mike with the Flag Brigade, the Blue Star Mom’s, the Veterans that attended, as well as the Town of Danville officials. The gifts that Kris received, as well as those given to Tom (Kris’ Dad), and I will be treasured always. Kris is now at Camp Pendleton. He was on hold for a week due to coming down with bronchitis. He is better now and was release for duty / training. He will be at Camp Pendleton until Oct. 29th, then off to Missouri. Spike, thank you again, from the bottom of my heart.
