Ride Report for Ride Captain Charlie

 

On Wednesday July 31, 2013 WWR stood a flag line at Cedar Grove Baptist Church for Grayson R.Soper. After the service WWR provided escort to interment at Evergreen Memorial Gardens located on U.S 231 North in Panama City FL. Grayson was a US Air Force veteran of Korea, serving as a medical technician and retiring as a TSGT after 21 years of service. After retirement Grayson worked in Security for K-Mart. Grayson was a faithful member and deacon of Cedar Grove Baptist Church and was a member of the Callaway Lodge # 369, F & AM and the Shaddai Shriners. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Frances Soper and a daughter, Lisa Soper Hoy

An Honor Guard from Tyndall AFB provided  flag folding and the playing of TAPS.
The WWR  tolled the bell and fired our cannon in Graysons honor.
