Ride Report for Ride Captain Tim
On 5/27/2013 tolling of “Big Bell” began at 9:30AM to gather the masses at Kent Forrest Lawn Cemetery. Bay County Veterans Council along with many Veteran support organizations participated in a Memorial Day Observance Ceremony. WWR was privileged to have been invited and proudly stood a flag line to honor the memory of  those that have paid the ultimate price while defending our nation against all who dared to trespass.
Mosely High School Marine Corp JROTC presented the Colors. A wreath presentation by the Marine Corp League detachment 065 was immediately followed with a roll call of those that have perished from our ranks and an honor walk and final salute was conducted by members of several Veterans Organizations in attendance. A three round volley salute was rendered by the Gulf State Guards Inc. and Taps was played by Stewart Corbin, concluding the ceremonies for the day.Thanks to all those that attended.Members: 40
