WARRIORS' WATCH RIDERS: A MESSAGE FROM THE MEMBERSHP DIRECTOR
Our hard-working, long-suffering Membership Director, Bill (Handyman), asks that everyone be sure to log in to the MEMBERSHIP RESOURCES PAGE and REGISTER there IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY DONE SO. This allows us to keep track of how many members we have (real numbers, not inflated ones), where they are, and most importantly gives us the means to keep in touch with you so that you remain informed of all upcoming local mission information. A LOT of work has gone in to this database, and it is YOUR resource. Visit

Missions Accomplished!
Since last week the WWR has covered a lot of ground, paying tribute to fallen police officer John Pawlowski at his funeral, supporting police motorcycle clubs such as the Bullets MC in their tribute/demonstration "crack the throttle" ride in the dark and cold, and of course engaging in many a happier ride, welcoming our troops home - our purpose and our mission!
Go to the completed misisons forums for the nation-wide rundown, and be sure to go to the main WWR website to read the ride reports and see the photos!

MEMBER NEWS!
WELCOME NEW MEDIA SPOC MOUNTAIN BILL!
Long time WWR member and former Philadelphia Police Officer Mountain Bill, from the Philadelphia chapter, has stepped up to accept the postion of Warriors' Watch Single Point of Contact for Media and PR. Bill will be compiling lists of media contacts, establishing relationships with news, radio and TV outlets both locally and nationally. Mountain will also be collecting links to newspaper stories and TV video of Warriors' Watch mission coverage, to put all of those many links into one place for your perusal.
This is a postion that has needed filling, and we thank Moutain for his dedication and the extra work!

*This newsletter is named "The Weekly Ride" or "The Ride", for short, in memory of and to honor Sgt. Jennifer Hartman, U.S. Army. Sgt. Hartman was killed in Iraq by America's enemies. She died in defense of our freedom at the age of 20. This quote from Jennifer was read at her graveside:
"It's not about what happened in the past. It's not about what might happen in the future. It's about the ride, for Christ's sake."
