SEPA 1/17 H/M Cpl. James "Butch" Dilorio, USMC
We have been asked by our member, John Dee, to stand at his Father's services at WCNC.
James “Butch” DiIorio Sr. passed away peacefully on January 4, 2024. He was 88 years old.
James was born in Abington, Pa and resided in Parkland, Penndel, and Levittown throughout his life. James proudly served his country as a Corporal in the U.S. Marines during the Korean War and was honorably discharged. He worked for US Steel in many capacities for over 30+ years and retired from there. James volunteered at the Penndel Fire Company as a fire policeman for many years and he was a lifelong Eagles and Phillies fan, which he enjoyed watching with his family. He always looked forward to attending the annual DiIorio family reunion but his greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Relatives and friends will be received at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, Pa. 18947 on Wednesday January 17, 2024, at 11:00 A.M.
