It was obvious that Mr. Gomez is well thought-of as the staff, members et al of the Center treated him so well with applause, special balloons, lunch and a decorated birthday cake. Aside from our usual star, coin and the AHW certificate, Mr. Gomez was presented with proclamations from Sen. Toomey, the Central High School alumni association, and a birthday card from another dignitary. Bob, Ed and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit there and having the honor of helping to celebrate Mr. Gomez' 104th birthday.
