From all SEPA ASC’s, A recommendation was brought to our attention, and we feel that it may have merit. A seasoned member was speaking and he said something like this… In the old days, we only had two rally points; Brian’s H-D and Fb69. It made the rides to the soldier’s homes a little longer, but made WWR one group. People saw us riding in force and wondered “Where were we going this time?”. Now, we meet around the corner from a Mug ‘n Hug and in 10 or 15 minutes are heading home.”. To some degree, this is true. Except for the time at the rally points, and maybe a few going for a meal, on many missions, we really don’t socialize or ride as a group.
Therefore, SEPA leadership would like to enact the following suggestions. Let’s have a few rally points, and ride into the mission as a group. Our approved rally points are:
Upper Bucks – Turkey Hill, Routes 611 and 412, ---GPS - 8330 Easton Road, Ottsville Pa., Lower Bucks - Stars and Stripes HD, Routes 95 and Business 1, ---GPS - 600 S. Flower’s Mill Road, Langhorne Pa., 19047 Northeast Philly – Wawa, Roosevelt Boulevard and Tyson, ---GPS - 7001 Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia Pa., 19149 Southwest Philly - Firebase 69 ---GPS – 8201 Bartram Avenue, Philadelphia Pa., 19153 Eastern Montgomery County – Hilton Garden Inn, ---GPS - 530 Pennsylvania Ave, Fort Washington, PA 19034 Central Montgomery County – Wawa, Sumneytown Pike and 63, ---GPS - 1401 Forty Foot Rd, Lansdale, PA 19446 Western Montgomery County – Wawa, Routes 73 and 29, ---GPS - 3 Big Rd, Zieglerville, PA 19492 Northern Del Co – Springfield Shopping Center, Routes 1 and 320, ---GPS - 700 W. Sproul Rd., Springfield Pa., 19064 Southern Del Co – Concordville Town Centre, Routes 1 and 322, ---GPS - 914 Baltimore Pike, Glen Mills Pa., 19342
Obviously, this is to be used as a guide. If a Rally Point is inaccessible for some reason, feel free to deviate from this list.
