We have been asked to provide a Flag Line at the cemetery with the blessing of Kevin's Mother.
Kevin Jamal Coley was born on June 7, 1985 to Tonya Newbill-Jones and Kevin Coley. Kevin's journey was marked by dedication and pursuit of his passions. He graduated from the Philadelphia school system and bravely served in the United States Navy after enlisting in 2005. Following his honorable discharge, Kevin returned to Philadelphia to chase his dream of becoming an electrical engineer, achieving his goal by attending and graduating from Orleans Technical College. Kevin was employed at SEPTA as a signal maintainer, contributing his skills to the advancement of transportation technology.
He is survived by his parents, Tonya Newbill-Jones (Michael) and Kevin Coley; his siblings Khalile and Khareem Cole; his children Kamora and Kaden Coley; his grandmothers, Clara Miller and Margaret McDonald and a multitude of aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and extended family.
