Good Day Peoples,

This Honor Mission came through our Brother and WWR member Daddio who contacted Chief with National… I spoke with the lady who put in this request on behalf of her and her neighbors, this Hero has no family here and evidently he had made a huge impact on this lady and neighbors, they have put this memorial together, read below…

Hello George,
My name is Charo Evangelista. I just talked to George, Daddy O. He gave me your name and phone number.

This is about my friend Wayne Alan Forbes. U.S. Air Force Veteran.

He has no family and we are having a Memorial service for him and would appreciate your presence to honor his years of service for which he was very proud.

His Memorial Service is
Sunday, October 23, 2022

There will be a Buddhist Ceremony at 3 pm - 3:45 pm
Celebration of Life, 4 pm - 5:30 pm

Location:
Veterans Pavilion
East Goshen Township Park
1661 Paoli Pike
West Chester, PA 19380


Rally - See above

Rally Time - 2:45 PM

Flagline in place by 3PM
*Bring 3x5 American Flags*

RC - Please Step Up- Contact any SC or ASC

Note - This memorial is lengthy, the friends of our Hero didn’t know he was Buddhist, they want to give him tho proper recognition… Please feel free to attend anytime from 3pm to 5 pm.
