SEPA 9/19 Mug & Hug "Ride-By" to help celebrate Army Veteran Albert Histand's 97th Birthday.

Born September 18th, 1923. Albert was discharged from the Army in August of 1944 where he served in the Engineer Branch building bridges in England. During his service he received European and Middle Eastern Service medals, as well as, a Good Conduct Medal.
Post service, Al was an inventor. One idea was to improve the rudders on sailboats. This idea reduced pressure on the tiller when the boats heel in strong winds. It gained recognition and was later published in Popular Mechanics. He also received a patent for the first refrigerated lunch box in 1947.
Al has been married to his wife Anna (94) for the past 75 years. They have 8 children, 20 grandchildren, and 29 great grandchildren.

The Family requests a Ride-By past their residence to help celebrate Albert's Birthday
