SEPA 1/17 H/M Ed Micciolo, USMC

Warriors' Watch has been asked to help honor this vet. His bio doesn't reflect the honor that this man had for his community. We should all strive to be a part of our community as this hero.

Edmund "Ed" R. Micciolo of Roslyn, Pennsylvania passed away at his home. He was 71 years old. Ed proudly served his country in the US Marine Corps from 1968 to 1971. During his Vietnam service he was piloting a huey that had been shot down. He was an employee of Abington Township for 47 years; he was involved with the Roslyn Boys and Girls Club for 40 years, a founding member of the local Police Athletic League, President of the Roslyn Business Association, a Board member of Professional Recyclers of Pennsylvania. In years past, a baseball field has beed dedicated in his memory. This vet was the driving force behind a recently dedicated war memorial in Abington Township within the last month of which he was appointed the President of War Memorial Park in Abington.

If I remember correctly, we should be able to stand inside in the hallway.
