We have been asked to stand a Flag Line at the Funeral Services of Margaret McCann. Margaret was an Air Force Veteran serving our Country during the Korean War. She had pre-arranged her funeral some years ago and had requested Military Honors during her graveside service. She also outlived all of her known family, passing away on November 10th. Her Services will be held at St. Timothy RC Church in Mayfair from 9:00 to 9:30 AM., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment with Military Honors will be at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. No escort required to cemetery

RALLY: 8:45 AM FLAG LINE IN PLACE @ 8:55 AM

LOCATION: 3001 LEVICK ST PHILADELPHIA, PA 19149

RC: AVAILABLE

Quite a few people/strangers attended Ms McCann's funeral Mass including two classrooms of students; six Father Judge students were pall bearers from the Church to the hearse and did their jobs very professionally and respectfully. It was nice to see high-ranking Philadelphia Police take time from their other important duties to attend this funeral also. We joined the small Police-escorted procession to the Cemetery and stood as final prayers and Military honors were rendered. She is buried next to her husband. We believe Ms McCann would be proud of what the McCafferty Funeral Home family provided her.
