We have a request for Flag Line from Richard Nagel grandson of Cpl. Richard Bolinski. Richard asked for flag line at the Funeral Mass at St.Charles Borromeo Church and a Flag Line at the Military Honors Service at the Resurrection Cemetery only a few blocks away.
Richard (Dick) Bolinski was born April 23, 1933 to Frank and Theresa Guerra Bolinski in Tacony, PA. He passed away in Jefferson-Aria-Torresdale on October 6, 2019. He served in the US Army in Korean War for 3 years as a medic, attaining the rank of Corporal. He then worked for the railroad for 25 years. Mr. Bolinski retired at 72 after working for Bensalem Township as an Animal Control Officer.
Dick was preceded in death by his daughter, Maria. Survived by his wife Rita (Saccucci) Bolinski and their daughter, Cindy and husband, Rick and son, Jim Sr. and wife, Brenda. In addition to his wife and kids, Dick is survived by his 5 grandchildren; Rich Jr., Brandon, Jim Jr., Charlee, and Rachael and 7 great grandchildren Nathan, Arya, RJ, Haven, LJ, Christine and Hailey Also surviving is his one sister Carmela Hughes and numerous nieces and nephews .
Friends and family are invited to attend his viewing and funeral Friday, October 11 at 8:30 AM followed by his Funeral Mass at 11 AM, in St. Charles Borromeo Church located at 1704 Bristol Pike, Bensalem. Burial with Military honors will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations can be sent to St. Jude's Research Hospital, or to the family to defray expenses.
