Below is the Thank You Letter sent to me by Colleen Herrera which is in response to the Send Off Mission WWR did for her Daughter Becky in Lindenwold. It was a rainy overcast afternoon which Mr. John Delivers (MULE) was the lone Bike with 8-9 cages in tow with Jersey Jeff as the RC. Just thought I'd forward it along for your viewing pleasure!!! Joe, I want to thank you and the Warriors’ Watch riders for coming out. It really meant a lot to Ron and I and to Becky. After being at your son’s welcome home and seeing what you all do, she didn’t feel she deserved all this recognition, but she IS our she-ro and we really appreciated the acknowledgment. In a little more than a week, we’ll be sending her off to boot camp. A big step for ‘our little girl’ but we are so proud of her. Please let everyone who came know how much it means to us. What you all do is amazing. So many times these heroes and she-roes go unnoticed except for by their family and friends. This really shows them that what they have stepped up to do really is deserving of all of the accolades and that there are so many who are grateful for their bravery. We’ll be keeping an eye out for future welcome homes and send-offs and hope to make it out to some. All of these heroes deserve it. Until they are all home... Thanks again. Colleen |
