| Post subject: | N. CA. USMC Annual Toys for Tots Toy Run |
On behalf of Sonoma Chevrolet, GWTA Chpt. B (Redwood Wings), and the Marines Toys for Tots, I would like to thank everyone who supported or attended this years Toys for Tots Motorcycle Run & Hot Rod Show. Attendance was up form last year, with 43 motorcycles, over 30 Corvettes and Hot Rods, and an estimated 200 people attending. The weather cooperated as well, making the BBQ (organized & cooked by Sonoma Chevrolet, funded by American Legion Post 489) a huge success, enjoyed by all. A special thank you to Maxwell Village's Starbucks Coffee and Lucky's for donating the coffee & donuts devoured by the bikers in Santa Rosa at the Army National Guard Armory, as well as a big thank you to Sgt Russ Roberts for providing us access to the Armory. It has once again been an honor & a cherished privilege to be involved in this event. I look forward to making it an even bigger success next year. Pass the Word! Thank you, Tom Garske AKA milkman |
